Holiday Dinners

At this point we don’t know exactly what we will be serving as it will depend on what is available in Chetumal and the markets but as an example, the following is what we served last year. Of course from 5:00 pm on, the bar is open and free for your choices. Last year we also had some hot mulled wine brewing on the bar to remind you of the cold winter nights. Of course everything is served buffet style so you can have as many helpings as you want.

If you are a vegetarian or have special needs let us know well in advance and Diane will work with you to make something special.
New Years Eve will also include Champagne at Midnight for toasting.
